Okay for light duty (You almost get what you pay for)

 

I have had about 1 year of solid service from this printer, given the cons above. Then, suddenly one day the black print head stopped working. It no longer printed anything from the black cartridge, even after replacing the cartridges and cleaning all...

Flexibility with printing formats (duplex, multiple pages per sheet, etc), also has many options for ink settings to calibrate to printing on different types of media

Takes forever to move between jobs on queue, paper feed occasionally tends to feed more than 1 sheet

I hate this printer!

 

Where do I begin? At least once a week for the last year I have yelled out "I hate this printer!!" I was happy with my 4-year old Epson Stylus but thought it was time for an upgrade, but that was a mistake. My three biggest beefs are: 1) there's no way...

I bought three of these printers for my work place based on HP's reputation. I'm completely disappointed. One printer works great. The print quality is very good. The other two printers do not work. One prints faded copies even with new ink cartridges...

Bought this printer as I needed a printer for college. I've used old HP printers, network printers for various manufactures, and all-in-ones from all of the popular brand names. This printer functions great and has no extra useless features that might get

During installation of the printer driver, it also automatically installs "HP Print Screen" and "Memories Disc", two programs that I did not want in the first place. Simply uninstall them from Add/Remove in the control panel
