Samsung CLP-500 21ppm 1200 DPI 266mhz 16mb GDI Parallel & USB

Samsung's CLP-500 costs only $699, cheap enough to put a color laser in your home office. But to put the printer on a network, PC World added the optional ethernet interface, which boosts the price to $850. Samsung stocks the CLP-500 with a 250-sheet...

Once the printer is running, a 250-page on-screen manual provides excellent information on using the control panel and driver, maintaining the printer, and connecting to a network if you selected the ethernet option. The printer operated very quietly, too

Broke down early on but...

Within the couple months, a paper feed in the back cracked and the printer had to be taken to a local Samsung approved repair shop - under warranty. Since then the item has worked flawlessly, so I will assume this was a freak malfunction of a part. So...

Fast and good price

None to mention other than early issues

HP LaserJet P3005 Q7812A Personal Up to 35 ppm Monochrome Laser Printer

If you want a good quility printer spend the money on the 4240. I just purchased this printer so that I could print remotely from my office computer.

Easy set up, fast and quiet

The print is not as good or as sharp as I hoped. I have purchased several other lasrjet printer, such as the 4200 and 4240 and the print on those printers are superior

Newegg bites the dust on this one

Want duplexing? Make sure you get the one that has it BUILT IN. Printers can duplex manually and have been doing that since the 1970's

Newegg sent the wrong printer and stuck me in the backside like a Naval Officer for the restocking fee. I'm not shopping here anymore due to that STUPID mistake on their part

Nice Printer

We now own two of these printers (one is a p3005n), and they both perform marvelously. I'm very happy with the low cost per page. It definitely pays for itself very quickly.

Fast, high quality printer. Replacement toner inexpensive and lasts a long time

None so far

I've used HP for many, many years and in the past the"x" on the end meant that in was the high yield version of the same number cartridge with the "a" on the end. But the 64x does not fit the same printers as the 64a. Bought the 64x for the P4014n...

fits different than 64a, expense

Does not last 25,000 pages

This print cartridge is advertised as lasting for 25,000 pages. We have been using a new printer for the last 2 months which uses this cartridge. We have been averaging about 7,000 pages per 1 of these cartridges. VERY EXPENSIVE. I would NOT suggest...

does not meet advertized yeild, very expensive
