The HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015d is a midpriced ($649 as of 11/12/09) monochrome laser printer that doesn't realize its full potential. Though the company touts it as an enterprise model, it's expensive to operate and it has limited connectivity options.

This printer has the speed and generous paper handling that workgroups need, but its toner could be cheaper.

This is a work horse printer

 

We have almost 20 printers in our office. This is by far the best one we have. It is fast, efficient and has very few problems. The toner can be a little pricey, but then again most toner is. As time progresses, I will hopefully be able to phase out...

It warms up quickly and prints very fast. Our copy machine prints 28 pages per minute, but this spits out 42 ; It was easily recognized by our network and setup with almost no difficulty

Be sure to set the printer for the toner saving options. We blew through three cartridges before we figured it out ; As the toner lessens, it prints warning pages which become more frequent towards the end of the cartridge (a waste of toner )
