A problem printer with poor HP tech support

 

I dislike this printer for the fact that HP is unable to provide support for a feature offered. In addition they do not inform you they do not support the MAC OS 10.6 operating system. After 3 hrs of an active chat with tech support to resolve the...

The printer is very fast when all features are working. The email feature stopped working after about 1 1/2 weeks after the initial install. HP tech support is unacceptable. They were not able to resolve the email issue

The email feature stopped working 1 1/2 weeks after the install. HP informed me they do not support MAC OS X 10.6 and after connecting the printer to a pc HP tech support still could not resolve the email feature that no longer works

If it worked, this would be a blazing fast machine

Software is bunk and it won't work with a PC without a network and an alignment of the sun and the moon and the stars

Great Printer!!!

 

Fax is well hidden on the back but it does have a FAX!!!!! The fax option is kind of hidden on these model printers, if you are looking at the back of the machine where the board is look above the board and there is a plastic cover with a slot cut out...
