Prints double sided but not automatically ... this is EXTREMELY inconvenient when printing from another room or floor. Otherwise, this is a good product.

I use for light office work, about 10 pages per day. I find that these last me about 8-12 months. Poor support, not like HP use to be. But is cheaper to buy a new low-end printer like this and replace, than to try to deal with HP or get a tech to fix.
