Worst, Most frustrating HP Ever

 

Scanner still DOES NOT WORK. Supposed to have a "scan to desktop" package, plus what the docs seem to imply is a TWAIN driver to scan to other software. I can not get the HP scan utility to work, nor find a TWAIN driver for it. I am not sure at this...

Good but not the best

 

I had to purchase a duplex printer, I own the HP 4015, it said duplex but is only manual duplex and I had to buy another one for the duplex print. Well this one will do for now, it should be faster.

Purchased 2 of these units. While 1 unit had a roller issue, we received a replacement quickly. With several faxes each week, SEND and RECEIVE work well. Employees love quality of print and copies.
