As with all Hewlett-Packard inks, the cartridges are expensive, but I feel you get what you pay for. This ink cartridge works exactly as advertised and I have had no problems with the cartridge.

No problems - genuine product as ordered

No problems - genuine product as ordered, complete in HP retail packaging with use-by date and country of origin. Beware of cheaper ones on offer (also from Amazon traders) which are sent only in the HP plastic bag and without the retail box and date...
