Sharp little printer, easy setup
Overall this is a great machine! It looks professional enough for a home office and offers every feature you could want. I don't have any regrets on the purchase. Great machine if you need color and don't want to pay the price for a LaserJet.
The 6500 is easy to setup. The entire thing could be done by just about anyone
Due to the fact that this is a thermal inkjet printer, it has to do a little jig before printing a job if it is coming out of standby mode. It's kind of annoying if you're trying to get a job out but I suppose any printer would do the same thing. I should...
Works out of the box
Not at all a bad printer for the price, pretty good features and the comparison of ink usage per $ is pretty good (not real world figures but that is taken into consideration when buying a printer).
Very easy to set up wirelessly, all my computers found the printer in a simple search (6 computers). I downloaded the smaller driver only package from thier website, rather than installing the bloatware installation disk. Excellent photo printing, copies...
