HP Photosmart 1218

This ink jet includes features for digital photographers and produces vivid color photos, but unless you're an enthusiast, its $399 price is too high.

The PhotoSmart 1218 is a sweet deal if you're serious about digital photography, but it may be too expensive for those who aren't enthusiasts.
