Larger capacity ink wells, individual ink color cartridges

Scanner bulb burned out after light to moderate use. HP's solution? "Too bad, so sad." I would expect a $450+ scanner/printer to last a little longer than it's warranty. HP wont even offer a cost-effective solution other than sell me another one

Printer works fine for documents and fax. Easy to load ink cartridges

Photo tray quit working after just a few prints(<20) Out of warranty, so "too bad". Set-up was a nightmare with multiple phone lines and wirelass modem. Definitely not worth the extra $ for the photo printing

Photo tray is defective and ultimately breaks. Get "out of paper" error that cannot be fixed. Tech support from India then insists on selling you a new printer. Expensive, multiple ink cartridges run out of ink

Not much good to say

Ink hog ; Stops printing when it says an ink cartridge is nearing its expiration date ; Refuses to print in black and white when any of the color cartridges run out which happens often or a color ink cartridge in nearing expiration date

print quality is good (when working).........only enjoyment will be when I take a hammer to this awful piece of junk when i finally get a replacement (non HP)

Absolutely dreadful drivers ; Bought this as a network printer, only prints reliably when hooked up to USB ; IT IS VERY NOISY...u have to hear it to believe it ; Ink does not last long ; HP support are useless
