"Clearing a jam triggers a system failure you can't fix."

 

Don't buy this printer. You are likely to have a paper jam eventually and when you clear it you can easily trigger a system failure that there is no fix for ("Lift output tray,,,etc...").

Decent printer when it was working. Good print quality. Worked fine on the network, though I opted to use a lan cable connection.

Clearing a routine paper jam trigger a system error "Lift output tray, push picture tray in until it stops, etc.." and there is no way to reset the printer to get it to work again. Googled issue and it is a common issue that no one can resolve.
