Stay clear of this printer.

Totally opposite!!!! This thing has not been used but a few times over the past year, with bad results, low quality print, slow start up and run times etc.....HP should be ashamed for their lack of quality control on this product, especially for the...

I couldn't find one if I wanted to....sorry, it makes a good paper weight

Unfortunately, those of us who own these units have been duped by looks and a good sales pitch. If looks were everything I would say it was all that. Never again

JUNK - JUNK -- JUNK

NONE AT ALL> ZERO

That I spent good money on it. I plan to ship it COD back to HP. This printer is a piece of garbage. JUNK, JUNK, JUNK. Lousy pic; lousy prints

Pretty good printer

I know I'm probably skewing the scores for this printer, but hear me out. I'm sorry for the other users with crappy experiences but I must have lucked out because I had none of those problems. The wifi works like a charm even with my crappy router, the...

Elegant design, convenient wifi, cheap(ish) ink, low ink usage

Duplex printing, slow to start up

In Office Space, this is the printer they destroy.

Don't buy this printer!

None at all

Loses the wireless network frequently. I have to reset it after it completes a job. It's also very loud and slow from start to finish

Not worth it

I dont recommend this unit.

fairly quiet, ink isnt that expensive, easy to install

After just one year and 6 days after purchase, i got an error stating it has the wrong head. Never touched the head. The cost to replace the head is half the price of a completely new printer

This printer will drive you INSANE.

Worst three printers I've ever owned. HP should recall this model.

Wireless feature usually works

Wireless feature is sometimes not present and printer needs to be re-booted ; Printer will sometimes power down in the middle of a print job, turn itself back on, then start the print job from the beginning again ; Ink usage is ridiculous. I only print

Do not buy this printer!

Save yourself the aggravation and don't buy this piece of junk.

I don't know. I bought two and they were both busted right out of the box

The first print I brought home from Staples said there was a paper jam before I ever put paper on it. After 2 hours on the phone with customer service they could not fix it. The replacement printer I got from Staples told me the printer head was not ins

Absolutely a terrible product

Stay away from this printer, it has many issues. The biggest is that it keeps appearing offline and requires a power-reset BEFORE EVERY PRINT JOB in order to print or scan. Updated on Oct 2, 2011

Prints a page pretty fast once it gets going

Does NOT work well wirelessly, especially with Macs. Search the Internet for this model and "wireless problems" and you will see. The software from HP to manage scanning is severely limited, hardly any choices of resolutions. Startup takes a while, so doe

Horrible product. Freezes daily.

Don't buy it. I am so frustrated, I don't think I would ever buy an HP product again.

I guess the prints are ok, when you can get it to work

Throws up HP's own blue screen of death every single day. Only way to print anything is to unplug the machine and cycle through the 5 minute start up process very time. Many people have had this problem, but HP does not stand behind the product -- nothi
