Excellent printer. Never jams, never skips a beat. Plenty of configuration options too, which is great for a medical facility that has a lot of custom charts that need printing.

Little bit outdated MFD, but works great at a very low cost. No colour scanning though.

Horrible, we have lots of problems with these jamming. And customer service has not been the best either.

Nothing but problems, we have around 4 of these machines 2 of these have had nothing but constant paper jams and mainboard problems. 8 service calls in a month is a little to many for my Liking.
