This printer is unreliable. Copies come out smudgy even with new toner cartridges and it has been cleaned. It frequently doesn't print double-sided giving the message there is a jam and to open rear door, when no jam exists.

We have several of these printers around the hospital I work at. Great support from Lexmark when we do run across and issue, and overall the printers run great with few issues ever arising.

good for small workgroups.

Very good for low to mid volume printing.
