well it is not very good

 

it's pretty... oooh see the pretty lights

day 1 they had to send a complete printer head. now 2 moths later and i can't get it to scan or copy

Great Scanner, Awful Printer

 

This printer will not print in black and white unless all of the 3 color cartridges are full. Now I have a half full XL black cartridge but can't print anything because two of my color cartridges are depleted. I ended up buying a Brother laser printer...

Ink Hog better have lots of $$$$ for ink cartidges

 

This is absolutely the worst printer I have ever owned. I am totally dissatisfied. This printer goes through ink unbelieveably fast. I have an HP printer in the house and my lexmark printer goes through cartidges 3 to 1. I was even stupid enough to buy...
