I love everything about this product, except the manual feed jams more times than not. I use the manual feed for printing checks and envelopes, and have had my share of paper jams.

Everything works well, but the manual feed tray is very finicky. Envelopes and paper have to be feed just so, or the machine gives and error message of "paper jam" when there is no paper jam. I use manual feed often and this gets annoying.

The print quality is junk and barely legible. DO NOT PURCHASE NO DUPLEX facility is a big pain as well. Not worth $300+
