These printers are very reliable, in the more than two years I have been with my company tere have been little to no problems what so ever

Very Reliable

This is a very poor product and the tech support is almost non existant. I waited on hold for tech support for 1 hour on two occasions and gave up. To me this is a indication of how many calls they must have.

These printers are very reliable, in the more than two years I have been with my company tere have been little to no problems what so ever

USB Nightmare

Prints Pretty fast, supposedly reliable

I have the Network version, and I am glad I do. I had two of these things print garbage connected to the usb port. Tried different cables, computers, and drivers. Tech support could only tell me it was bad cables. Works fine over the network ; seems...
