I needed a light duty all in one for a home network and wanted a direct connection, not through a computer. I didn't expect too much at this price but I've been pleasently surprised. Networking was just plugging the cable in. Software installed easily...

Good print quality, easy setup, just hooked up the network cable and it was on the system. Software allows printing, acanning, etc from all attached computers. Construction seems better than might be expected at this price. Paper handling seems good so...

Toner cartridges are small and overall cost per print is a little higher than other machines - if you print a lot of copies. Since it's a new model, I had to buy toner on line - not available in stores or most on line merchants yet

The printer itself seems to be quite nice, but you better not be expecting any useful printed material - the manual that comes with it is abysmal. It also has a sketch quick setup sheet that is only marginally helpful for installing the toner and...

Having only used this printer for home use for only a few days now, I can say that it creates crisp attractive copies at a rapid rate. So far, I am very pleased with the device (though I have yet to use the fax functionality)
