Outstanding Value

replacement toner cartridges have a large price range, i just am getting near the end of my K toner, and am looking.

Copies, scans, prints in COLOR! It's a laser! The super deal I got from newegg was incredible with fast free shipping. It was 1/3 of list price, which made it an easy decision and made it worth any small hitches

large & heavy & noisy (but what did you expect for a color laser all-in-one MFP?) The drivers were harder to install than most but work fine in XP

Useless Customer Support

Scanning function is too complicated. Called their hotline on Friday. They said I have to call back 8am EST on Monday. In the meantime, operator said, he can't help me. I'm giving it one star because it prints fast. Makes awful noise though.

Wonderful printer

This is a great printer, it is a little larger than I realized, but I love it. It scans very fast and I have had no problems so far. Great price and fast shipping!
