We returned this item. We could not get it to print wireless. Being all black made it difficult to read when attempting to set it up.

Not a good value for money

 

Printer is easy to set up and operate but operating cost is too high. Toner life is very short which makes it an expensive buy in the longer run.

Worst printer ever

 

Doesn't maintain wireless connectivity. Spent hours on the phone with tech support who swears it is set up correct but still not working. I have to power down everytime I want to print. Forget this trash. Samsung customer support is awful, tech support...

Cannot Print

 

We use a Mac computer with a Safari browser and the print function would not work with the browser. The printer would only print symbols, and it would print until the paper tray was empty. We called Samsung Tech Support twice, and they were not able to...
