Samsung Xpress M2070W

The Samsung's paper handling is fairly commonplace for a printer at this price point. 150 sheets isn't an amazing capacity, but it'll suffice. In other areas, the M2070W fares better. 128MB of memory is a healthy complement, and the printer will have...

The M2070W doesn't look as polished as we'd like, and the absence of auto duplexing is surprising. Running costs are also a little high. In almost all other respects, though, the M2070W is excellent. The NFC facilities are the cherry on top of a rather...

Samsung Xpress M2070W

Samsung's Xpress M2070W is an inexpensive, quick little mono laser all-in-one with convenient NFC connection; a good companion for many mobile devices.

Single-piece cartridge ; Small desktop footprint ; Two press WPS connection

No duplex print ; No XL cartridge option ; No paper tray cover

The necessary details are then transferred automatically between device and printer, so printing can begin immediately. All this, without affecting the security of any network the printer might be connected to. We tried it with a Samsung Galaxy Young...

A Multifunction Laser Unit : Samsung M2070

The latest multifunction device to arrive from Samsung offers print, scan, copy and remote printing facilities to users looking for a monochrome environment.

Following the trend I have noticed with recent Samsung multifunction units, he company’s M2070 model combines a two-tone arrangement of a black A4 flatbed scanner mounted on top of a computer grey coloured printer. The arrangement may not be aesthetic...

Samsung Xpress M2070W

Samsung is one of the major UK players in mono laser printers and all-in-ones, and its new Xpress range caters for the increasing popularity of mobile devices by simplifying wireless connection with near-field communication (NFC).

Lacks duplex but otherwise a good-value laser all-in-one with the bonus of NFC

Excellent Printer-Excellent Price

You can't go wrong with this printer. Excellent price and got an extra 10% off for using Visa Checkout. Very happy with my purchase and very happy with Newegg's fast shipping. It arrived in only two days even though I used their free 4-7 day shipping.

Easy Setup, Connects easily to wifi without a hitch, Comes out of standby mode and warms up within 3-4 seconds, prints come out clear and professional looking, toner is about same price as what I paid for jet ink cartridges but can print 3-4 times more...

No cons that I can think of except that I should have bought this printer a long time ago and avoided the headaches with my Lexmark

Hamstrung by terrible cloud print drivers

The output from this printer resembles the old 9 pin dot matrix printers of the 1980's. While the self-test pages look great, anything coming from a Win PC, Chromebook or Linux box has only 80 dots per inch of faint output. Turning the eco mode off and...

This printer has a nice mechanical design, is quick to come out of standby and makes reasonable copes. Easy to set up

Worst drivers seen in decades. Printing anything greyscale gives only 80dpi blotches for Chromebook and Win, and 108 dpi for their CUPS driver under Linux ; I tried to get customer service through Samsung and, after entering all info on their site, a...

Needs an operator's manual included!

I am most happy to be replacing an Epson printer with this one. Not using the Epson for much, other than letters, I spent more ink and time cleaning the printer heads than I did on the letters. Not everyone who purchases a computer, printer and such,...
