Epson WorkForce 645 All-in-One

The Epson WorkForce 645 provides solid output, decent speed, and a good feature set as a micro- or home-office MFP.

Good feature set. Duplexing ADF. Decent speed.

Slightly sub-par output quality, particularly for graphics.

Epson WorkForce 645 review

The $150 Epson WorkForce 645 proves itself a capable performer for small offices that want a do-it-all device that can print, fax, copy, and scan without a clumsy touch-screen control panel. Epson also outguns the competition in print speed, leading...

The Epson WorkForce 645 's intuitive control panel, compact footprint, and cloud-printing versatility strengthen this all-in-one's workplace utility.

This all-in-one falls behind its competition with moderate photo print quality and output speed.

Although the Epson WorkForce takes its time printing snapshot photos and graphics-heavy documents, this office-capable device earns my approval with affordable inks and cloud-printing features.

Best and cheapest (price) high-quality printer I have owned.

This printer was a snap to install, including wireless. It does double-sided scanning, copying and printing. Fax works very well. Holds a lot of paper and a super-sized black cartridge. I love it. Three years and not a hiccup.

Fast, quiet, cheap, small footprint, handles 8-1/2x14

Can't access anything on the SD card except .jpg.

"Great value with high end features."

I've been using the WorkForce 645 for about two months and I have not been disappointed. I bought it for my home office to replace an 18 year old bulky HP Laserjet 4 (which still worked perfectly) plus a large desktop copier. I'm just overwhelmed at...

-Does most of what high end devices do

-Draft print quality not as usable as other ink jets I've used

Good quality printer - so far!

I bought this printer on sale for $69, regular price was $149. I've only had it a couple of days but so far I'm pretty thrilled with the quality and features. Setup took close to an hour. Setup hung when downloading firmware update (you need to use the...

Fast! Fast printing and copying, good first page time Unique hidden document feeder - doesn't collect dust Wifi and airprint work great Ink seems reasonably priced Solid build, good looks, good tray capacity

Setup could be easier & quicker Faxing speed a tad slow Slightly loud

My second Epson.

This is a good-quality printer, but be aware it drinks ink like an alcoholic. The cartridges are smaller than my previous Epson's, but cost about the same, which is a great racket if your last name is Epson.

Lots of features, quality printing.

Guzzles ink. Some of the plastic parts seem flimsy.

you'd really like this printer!

My previous printer was an Epson CX8400. It had most of the same features as this printer but it went through ink like nothing. It also broke with light use after 3 years. I was looking to replace it and the last thing I wanted was another Epson. But...

Print quality is solid, epson ink is vibrant and dries instantly, Printing speed is very good, Setting up was very easy, Great fax capability, Small foot print, Auto update of firmware over network.

Difficult printing on envelopes (see summary), Printer is a bit loud.

Not a match for MAC OS-X Lion

I am unable to write an pros about this printer as I was unable to complete the setup

I ran the set up disk and could not get a successful install. I ran the uninstall, and then tried with the web version. Same result. Unable to create print queue. Software update does not have any updates that help. I returned the printer to Sams Club

Just purchased, great price, easy installation

I will revisit this page after a few months of using the 645 and let you know how things are working

I had an HP 6310 which always had scanning issues. The 645 prints well with high quality results and the scanner works perfectly (so far)

Too soon to tell
