Works well. Color output is mediocre, and black output is outstanding. Ink is a bit expensive, but what business class color isn't expensive to print on.

It's alright, but like bogatyr says, it eats ink like it ain't nobody's business.

Chews through a ton of cartridges compared to the phaser models.

Still early days but have found the printer easy to use and am very pleased with the quality of the printouts

This is the 3rd Xerox of the 8500 series I have had,and I am quite satisfied with it, as I was with the previous models. I have those 3 over a period of about 7 years, my previous printer I passed on to a friend who is totally enthralled with it.

Prospective purchasers should be aware that this model does not offer duplex printing on card, otherwise it is just as good as all the previous Xerox machines.

Bought this to update from a 8560. First major plus is the sleep mode works really well (the 8560 used inks all the time as it woke up and went to sleep at random). Second plus is it installed easily and works with Windows 7 without issues.

This printer provides excellent colour graphics printing, but the colour photo printing does give a slightly grainy look.
