XEROX PHASER 7500

This machine has been nothing but headaches and money. It is extremely expensive to keep up and the quality of prints was not better than our HP 5550. The color quality is terrible compared to the HP. The HP had very few maintenance parts, but this Xerox needs something to be replaced in it every few weeks. To replace the "waste cartridge" it is around $200, to replace the image cartridge, it is around $120, to replace the fusher is is over $200 and not to mention the toner that is over $500! I admit we do print a lot in this office, but not any more than we did with our HP and we only changed our HP toner every 4-5 months. With this device we need to change toner every 2-3 months. The cost of the up-keep of this device out wieghs any "multi-functon" capabilities. DO NOT GET THIS CRAPPY PRINTER!

been a good printer but the toner is expensive

Our Phaser is a perfectly good piece of equipment but it does not go above and beyond expectations.
