Xerox Phaser 8200N 16ppm 1000dpi 64mb Ethernet 1x200 8.5 X 11in Imputtray

WHAT'S HOT: The Phaser 8200/N costs just $1899 with an ethernet interface installed, making it one of the least-expensive color network printers we've tested. And its 2.9 pages per minute color print speed is among the fastest we've recorded.

Spending an extra $500 on the DP model increases the printer'sresolution to 1200 by 1200 dpi and adds duplexer capability and more memory.Other add-ons include a legal-size tray that costs $99 and a 500-sheet feederthat runs $549

Xerox PHASER 8200N 16PPM 1000DPI 64MB ETHERNET 1X200 8.5 X 11IN IMPUTTRAY (Xerox-8200N)

With toner-based laser printers offering faster printing and better quality for the same price, it's hard to see where the Phaser 8200/N fits in.

Phaser 8200N

This printer isn't for studios that want to produce large quantities of B&W text, or for those that need excellent colour prints. But if you print lots of colour drafts with text and graphics, this could be for you
