Asus: There is a big difference in "physical" damage and "cosmetic" damage. Physical damage affects the functionality of a product while cosmetic damage does not. The board has only cosmetic damage and barely visible at that.

this board let me take and AMD 64x2 4000+ (Brisbane) from 2.1 with 400 to either 2.86 with 917 or 2.73 with 1040. You can do either 275@333 or 260@400 from the bios.
Bios updates allow most AM3 processors. Lots of over clock settings. Solidly stable. I love the utility that lets you change bios pics at boot
