Acer K330

The Acer K330 ($600 street) is one of the first examples of what's rapidly turning into a new category of projectors. Much like most palmtops, it's built around red, green, and blue LEDs and a DLP chip. However, it's bigger and brighter, with a 500...

Smaller and lighter than standard lamp-based projectors. Brighter than pico and palmtop projectors

Shows scaling artifacts (lines and patterns added to some screens) even at its claimed native resolution

Nearly as portable as a palmtop projector, the Acer K330 is aimed primarily at business users who need to travel light, but can also be useful at home for games and movies.

great portable theater projector

great mobile theater. got a dock form my galaxy note 10.1 and hook it up to the PJ with ease. since the gn10.1 can handle just about all formats it's a great little companion for the PJ. getting an mhl adapter for my gnII would be great too. i'm...

portable - not as small as a pa60g at nearly same specs ; bright under low ambient light ; great 3d using cheap dlp glasses - acer5360 inf allows 720p 120Mhz over hdmi and vga ; has an audio out port. this was why i left out the ml500 as a choice ;...

fan noise - even on eco it's louder than the qumi on full blast. it's about as loud as an old school hsf using a 30mm delta fan. the drone fades out while you watch movies as your focus shifts. it's not as high pitched as the old 46db fans but still...

Acer K330

When I went searching for an affordable home theater projector I was knd of skeptical about the 500 ansi lumens. But, I took the plunge anyway and all that remains is the oooohs and aaaaahs! My wife said that I wouldn't like it, that it was a waste of...

Compact size, Easy to set up, Great picture, Extemely cost effective

No lens shift, remote is just too small, being so light you will have to make sure that your power cord and any other cords that you connect are fixed to something because they will pull it off of whatever you sit it on

Value for money. Great lamp life.

Overall - great projector for a simple home theater set-up. Great value for money. Small and compact size, with easy set-up and good features. Minor problem with fan starting up out of the box. But was easily corrected when I nudge the fan to start,...

Good HD LED Projector

Had a problem with start up, FAN FAIL error but I corrected it

Great Projector

My first LED projector. Painted my wall with Behr Silverscreen paint from HomeDep for about $12.75 a quart which is more than enough for the 100 inches screen wall and the result was outstanding. Its not as sharp as my 60" LCD TV but this projector has...

Great Projector. I used and painted my wall with Behr silver screen paint and the picture measured 100" across, not diagonal. Used my receiver as the HDMI switch as the projector only has one and my receiver has 4. Cable box, Xbox360, Sony 3D Bluray...

Wish the lumens has more than what it have. Remote is like one of those from knock off brands, c'mon Acer don't pull your level down just to squeeze a few more cents from your customers, we will know. It's embarrassing. Fan noise but with my home...

would return it if I could

This is a big disappointment. I have two other LED projectors, and this one just doesn't measure up. I am stuck with a projector that I'm not happy with.

The brightness is decent, although not quite as good as I expected ; The size is relatively small

Fan noise starts out okay, then shifts significantly louder when the unit heats up a bit -- enough that if I could return it I would. I don't really understand why it has much need for a fan at all. I have other LED projectors, one of them has no fan,...

1st Projector a Winner

If you are a first-time projector purchaser and are looking for a nice, cheap unit to get you started, look no further. I love this thing.

This projector is exactly what it says it is. Small, easy to use, and great picture. This was my first projector purchase. I spent a few months researching the current line of LED projectors and this one came out on top ; My current setup is ceiling...

This being a projector under $1000, means it doesnt have a contrast ration comparible to say a nice LCD TV. If you are not a Home Theater fanatic you will love the picture ; I have mine setup with an HDMI switch, occasionally it does not pickup on a...
