Great bang for your buck

Overall I am very happy with this projector.

Short throw makes it great for playing Wii/Kinect games without casting a shadow on the screen ; The display looks great sitting about 12' back

There are only 3 mount holes for ceiling mounts ; The keystone adjustment leaves you wanting more ; If the projector is mounted upside-down 8" from the ceiling, then there is about a 1'6" gap between the ceiling and the top of the screen. This isn't...

Amazing shipping date

I ordered Sunday night and got next Monday morning. I chose free shipping but the shipping time was less than 48 hours. Amazing! By the way I live in west LA

So far so good

Great bang for the buck.

Having used only a few other projectors I am no expert, but for the money, this projector gives a very bright, vivid picture even in modestly lit rooms. Of course it is much better in total darkness. It is however too bright at times washing blacks...

Price, brightness, picture, inputs, short throw

Sound quality... of course, but it does have a speaker

Beautiful image

Great for short throw purposes. One can set the projector just a yard away from a wall and still get a 60" wide screen. super bright - image can adjust to the color of the wall if screen is not available. Ceiling mount is desirable. No cool-down...

Not made for sound output. Get a good sound system to play your sound source through. Not a major cons - all projectors are primarily designed for projection not for sound playback

Short Throw - The Way to Go

All said and done, we love this projector, it's our main TV replacement when my DLP went out and we haven't looked back. It gets used 3-4 hours a day most days and hasn't missed a beat. Quiet, dependable and slick looking. If I could ask for anything...

The short throw on this is amazing, you can get a huge clear picture from very little distance. From about 8-9 feet away we've got an image so BIG it's almost overwhelming for our living room. 10' foot screen, no problem. High def source material comes...

1080p would be nice, someone mentioned that it CAN do 1080 but it's native resolution is 720 so if you try to run 1080 through you're getting faux-HD as it still can't go any higher than it's native ; Sometimes a little of a screen door effect if you...

Great HD Projector

This is my second BenQ projector. Both where purchased from Newegg!! My first one gave me 3 solid years and sold it for close to what I paid for it. I hope this will be no different. If you have ever researched projectors you will find BenQ never makes...

Short throw with great contrast and clarity. The picture is awsome. This projector is quiet as well. Tons of features easy set up. And finally, multiple connections is always a plus even though I am only using the HDMI ; Find another projector at this...

Minor but I wish it was not white. Have mine mounted to a black ceiling in a small theater room. The white really stands out

Easy to set up. I put it on my end stand hooked up my computer (with supplied cable) and it worked. Same with tv and game Console (cable separate). Had the curtians and lights one and was just as bright as tv. Large screen with out needed lots of room

None yet

Great Buy

Also have an Acer H5360 which I've used for a year and the difference in the image quality was noticeable immediately. Can't watch 2D on the Acer because of the rainbows - this is MUCH easier on the eyes, and 3D looks clearer as well, probably because...

Short throw native 720P ; Great contrast and clarity ; Easily recognized by Nvidia card for 3D Vision - basically plug and play ; Bright image, high lumens - looks good even with lights on ; Less rainbow effect than others ; Has some positioning...

Not HDMI 1.4 (not really a con for this price, tho), but that means for 3D it ONLY works with an HTPC or an extra converter like a 3D-XL if you want to use a PS3 or 3D bluray player. I use an Nvidia card so it's not an issue for me
