Dell 1610HD Projector

The Dell 1610HD is a light, bright, portable projector for businesspeople and educators, with good data image quality.

Bright. Portable. Solid set of connection choices. Good data image quality

Subpar video. Some distortion in audio. Lacks port for USB thumb drive

Businesspeople and educators in need of a bright portable projector with good data image quality and a solid selection of connection choices would do well to consider the Dell 1610HD. A step up from the Dell 1510X, it provides higher (WXGA) resolution,...

Good color rendition in all but brightest mode, Very good readability with native resolution or higher, Very high brightness – almost 3500 lumens, Lightweight – 5.3 lbs., No dust filters requiring cleaning or replacement, Good support via its Advanced...

No instant shut off, On-projector controls difficult to use, Limited zoom range, Lamp replacement requires dismounting if ceiling mounted, No network display capability or wireless networking

Great Projector!!!

What a great projector. The HD picture is stunning. Everything works perfectly except I experience the same sound issue already described using HDMI cable. Besides that, the projector works perfectly. Great for home theatre!!

The projector handles interfacing with PC/Mac computers easily. No hassles in the sync. The image is clear and the throw length & focus adjustments worked well at varying distances and angles. Controls were easy to understand and use. Only negative is...
