Epson 8700UB LCD Projector First Look

We've reviewed most of Epson's latest projectors and the 8700UB grabbed our attention for several reasons. It can be had for a mere $2199 - bringing most of the features of its Pro model to consumers.

Epson 8700UB

Customer service, THX certified, excellent colour, inky blacks, generous horizontal/vertical lens shift, decent brightness, two year warranty (90 day bulb), picture quality overall is amazing

Actual noise production will vary form one unit to the next (still low overall), eco mode adds a little green to the picture, lens shift knobs/dials are a bit rough
