Tiny and portable, can use an HP notebook power adapter, LED light source, low TCO, simple to use

Oversaturated colours, some blurriness, no battery pack

HP's Notebook Projection Companion is a small and very portable DLP-based projector that's perfect for users who regularly give off-site presentations. The best part about it is that its LED light source is claimed to last five years, which means there...

PERFECT projector for what it was designed for!

The short cable and lack of remote shut-off/turn-on means you can only use this for what it was intended: portable / table-top use. Besides that, everything is absolutely perfect.

AUTO VERTICAL KEYSTONEING! Carrying case included. Lovely design. Quiet. Aluminum body (at least looks/feels like aluminum). Compatible with any tripod. Double the lumens of it's competitors. AUTO VERTICAL KEYSTONEING

Short/stiff video cable. Proprietary Video connector/cable. Large laptop-style transformer does not do this projector justice. Video connector/cable is VGA and S-Video compatible only. No HDMI, Composite, or Component

Excellent Projector

It's not realistic to have such a short VGA cable, it makes no sense. Realistically, HP should have provided a VGA cable about 3-feet longer than what comes with the projector.

Excellent physical and operational design. Very compact. Controls are easy to use and the projector provides a very bright display

VGA cable is way too short and provides very little in the way of maneuverability

If you travel with a projector, this is the way to go.

I don't own one of these, but I have seen one in action. These things are incredible. They are absolutly tiny, bright and those LED's are not going to break the first time the thing gets bumped when hot like the bulb projectors

none that I know of
