Like other reviewers I received the item with a European plug. This isn't acceptable for a product sold for the UK market. I'm also amazed it doesn't have a USB port when it is supposed to work best with laptops.

This is an excellant product and was delivered exactly as advised by Amazon. We are very pleased with it. When it was set up the reproduction into a large screen was first rate.
