Optoma EP771

I purchased it for under $1000 at Best Buy (believe it or not) during the US Social Forum in Atlanta for the non-profit I was a volunteer for. All the rental projectors in town had been snatched up. I have not regretted the emergency purchase.

Good price for a very bright, high contrast video projector. DVI-D input works with my Mac laptop external video DVI output

Wished it had component video inputs because many DVD players have these as outputs and for some presentations a DVD player is easier than a laptop with smoother playback. Lens throw range is more limited than my Panasonic PX-100U home LCD. projector
