The Optoma ML300 is a tiny WXGA projector with a lot of strong points?including a solid range of connectivity options?but a few significant downsides.

Easily portable. Good range of connections. Minimal rainbow effect. Long-lasting LED light source. Can run computer-free presentations from internal or external memory

Scaling artifacts in data images. Sub-par text quality. Awkward menu system. Tinting in video

Not Ready For Prime Time

Tested this live on a series of meetings with vendors, which of course is risky. The plus was it was easy to set up on the fly in offices and conference rooms, and provided a nice "wow" factor in terms of speed of setup and ease-of-use. Unfortunately,...
