Philips PicoPix 1430 review

The PicoPix is a cute projector which looks like a miniature version of a standard projector, much like BenQ's Joybee GP1 (see What's New, Shopper 262). It uses an LED lamp and LCoS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) technology to project a 52in diagonal...

It may be cute, but the PicoPix's image suffers heavily from the rainbow effect, and you'll need an adaptor for VGA.

Poor information available limited applications

Philips do not make it clear that the lead to connect to laptop is Philips Specific, not supplied and not generally available over the counter, does not use a conventional AVG lead to connect!
