Looking for a portable projector?
On-board speaker, simple to focus and set-up
File support through USB is a little hit and miss, you'll need extra cables
As a business expense the GP1 is relatively affordable, but in the home we'd still prefer to go for some of the high-spec entry level projectors at a similar cost

Smooth operator
Great contrast, smooth Blu-ray playback, easy set-up, quiet operation
Lacklustre colours, bulky design
Sharp, smooth and contrast-heavy HD images make this a great option for anyone wanting to take advantage of Blu-ray disc's ability to go large

Does this ultra mobile projector impress?
Size, connection options, remote control, onboard speakers
Picture quality not great, remote control needed to access all functions, price
The HS102 wins points on the options it gives you, but unfortunately loses them for the final projection quality

Small but perfectly formed?
The thing that really strikes the K10 down now is the price. Coming in at around £400, up from the original £300 estimate when we first saw the projector in December, the K10 is not much cheaper than models with a much higher specification, which may ...

Affordable HD projector?
For under 500, this really is value for money
720p instead of 1080p, limited image controls
There is little to dislike about the X9 and the price is compelling, even in this economic climate

Home cinema with the lights on?
Gaming during the day, easy set-up, great build quality, accurate high-def images
Movies look washed-out during day, heavy and very large
Its huge size might put some off, but if you're looking for a projector that can be permanently installed and used across a number of high-def sources, the jack-of-all-trades EH-TW3800 makes for a good value option

Have projector, will travel
Small and portable, speakers and backpack included, decent picture quality
No high-def, not natively widescreen, limited sound quality, only suits Nintendo Wii
Likely to appeal to the family man who wants a projector for work that can easily double as a children's entertainer at weekends, this nicely packaged Nintendo Wii accessory just about fulfils its brief

A projector for your pocket
Portable, simple to use, cheap
Very low 320 x 240 resolution, poor colour

A gaming projector that won't get in the way?
If you are a home cinema enthusiast, this is not the machine for you. BenQ, amongst many others, have plenty of models that may not offer short throw projection but are brighter and pack in more pixels.

Big screen gaming on the move?
Despite some connection issues and the need to track down previously obsolete cables, we couldn't help but like the Game Time GT-7000 offering. Being able to hook-up for big screen action was fantastic and would lend itself well to house and stag ...
