Epson PowerLite 1730W

The Epson PowerLite 1730W Multimedia Projector produces a great, bright image and is relatively small and light, making it easy for installation and portability. However, the higher price compared to similar 720p home theater projectors, and a lack of...

Great image, high lumens rating, small and lightweight, widescreen support

Pricey for a 720p projector, no HDMI

Despite the price and lack of HDMI, it sports a great image and is lightweight.

great replacement

I'm using this in a classroom with bad shutters and I can make out things a lot better than I could with my old projector. I did not buy this from newegg but I do buy a bunch of stuff here and have always gotten my stuff promptly. I had to wait 2 weeks...

Could use a longer cord

EPSON Projector

In essence, a must buy! Clear, bright and sharp images/videos at a very reasonable price. I had a D**L projector before and I regret I didn't trust EPSON to begin with!

This projector is a very good choice for home entertainment as well as work in an office or in the lab [my case]. Native WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution in widescreen makes it useful for most laptops and desktop computers

The VGA cable is rather short but can be replaced with a 10ft super-VGA shielded video cable for about $20
