Overall, the game is quite a bit of fun. Alien Hominid offers up a serving of both what was great and frustrating about old-school gaming. This is likely to divide players, but me? I liked it.

Alien Hominid sports charm for a two-dimensional, side-scrolling shooter

This is not a game that will set the side-scrolling world on fire. This is a game that has charm, challenge and it is addictive fun.

Tired of recent trends in video games? Then you might like the smell of what Alien Hominid is cookin'.

Excellent music and art direction; many creative and amusing scenarios; many moves

Poor feedback/ communication in gameplay; sometimes dying is unavoidable; roughness in refresh rate

So far as replay value is concerned, beyond what I just said, there are some mini-games that can be played, although they aren't as engaging as the main game. The main game and at least some of the mini-games can be played multiplayer as well. Overall,...

Hominid? Sure, this game crazy!

Okay, too be honest, this was the 1st-3rd best shooter I've played. Newgrounds must have gone carzy with this game, too. Guess what? Everybody says this. The game was once A FLASH GAME. Preety classic, eh? Well, this game has got a lot more, PDA-Games...
