Guitar Hero: Aerosmith

When developer Neversoft first announced it was working on this, gamers, hacks and pundits everywhere scoffed at the idea that a Guitar Hero game based around the career of one band could possibly work. Call it a social experiment, as it will be...

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith Review [PC, PS2, PS3, Wii, X360]

Let me just start off by saying yes, this is a good game and if you like both elements (guitar hero & Aerosmith) then you will have a good time. There, that's for the review skimmers; I know you're out there. I should also note that I'm not an expert...

Follows a real story through Aerosmith's career ; Band interaction on stage adds life to the performance ; Good use of achievements

Guitar sound is pushed forward, covering other instruments ; Small selection of songs with limited DLC

If you are a fan of Guitar Hero and Aerosmith, you'll have a great time. Otherwise, this game is about as good as any other Guitar Hero game and might be best bought when the price drops, due to it's small selection of songs.

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith

The series' first artist-focused title isn't bad... if only it wasn't so skimpy on the songs.

Some great song choices, including "Walk This Way," "Sweet Emotion," and "Always on the Run

Far too few songs for a full-price game; no online features; graphically weakest of available versions

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith

Can one band hold up for an entire game?

Tough for GH veterans ; Great for Aerosmith fans ; Mostly removed boss battles

Too tough for newbies ; Comparatively small track list ; Just... dull

The band interviews that precede each set are often awkward, but credit to Aerosmith for participating in a Prizefighter-esque narrative. We don’t, however, believe that the one cameraman who decided to record Steven Tyler’s interview in 4:3 should be...

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith - ps2

Each set features two songs selected by Aerosmith themselves. Some of these songs are actually covers by other bands. You then get to perform two songs by the Tyler and the gang as themselves onstage and finally an encore Aerosmith song

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith Review

Steve Tyler, Joe Perry, and the rest of the aging rockers come together in this first band spin-off of Red Octane's successful franchise...

If you're a Guitar Hero-loving Aerosmith fan then go and get it already - add a couple more points to the final score! For everybody else, it could be one to miss; after all, Guitar Hero World Tour (and the DS' On Tour) isn't too far away.

Guitar Hero fans won't want to miss out on this sweet emotion.

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith [Bundle]

One of Activision's most successful franchises joins forces with one of rock's most enduring bands in Guitar Hero: Aerosmith. The series, known for making gamers feel like rock stars, first put real rock stars into games with the inclusion of guitar gods

Not a great selection of Songs

I already had GH 1, 2 & 3 but with 4 players in the house, I wanted some new music.

You'd have to be a huge fan to appreciate

A lot of the songs in the beginning are abscure

Not worth the money, would recommend renting before buying

Great Aerosmith songs

Too easy, much easier than the last Guitar Hero Game. My son has no problems hitting every note on medium. There are not very many notes to hit on many of the songs
