Having cars bump and bounce worked for Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre, but can it work for the PS2 in Jaleco's odd new title?

Unique idea that's a first for video games; extremely customizable vehicles

Shallow gameplay mechanics; very little entertainment value; lazy localization
