Fast and furious but not exceptional.

A Crack in the Armor

 

Armored Core finally hits next-gen systems, but there's little about it that actually feels next-gen.

This is a perfect example of a game being lesser than the sum of its parts. Solid graphics and sound, arguably the best control in the series, and some decent missions don't excuse crap online and too many bland objectives. Good, but not great.

No, we're not mech-ing it up

Tiresome, flawed, but at times rewarding, this doesn't feel like a game developed with the PS3 in mind. Still, with some good moments, we can't slate Armored Core 4, but we only recommend it to the deepest fanatics.

this game basicly your in a big robot suit that u can operate weapons AND fly but i did notlike it as it was quite boring
