What is it about shiny new loot that makes action role-playing games so enthralling? There's something perpetually rewarding about seeing a heroic warrior graduate from lowly rags and a rusty sword to gleaming gold armor and a katana so sharp you can...

Recently I've found myself with an overabundance of free time and some friends have helped fill the void by getting me thoroughly addicted to tabletop role playing games likeDungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder. It's interesting... you won't look at RPG's...

Dungeon Siege III doesn't reinvent the wheel by any stretch of the imagination, but if you're into these sorts of D&D style, loot collecting, hack and slashers, then it's definitely worth a look. For me though, I ended up disappointed. While the game...

As a series, Dungeon Siege has always had an odd position in games industry. ?Dungeon Siege III's predecessors were adequate PC dungeon crawling romps that stood in the colossal shadow of Blizzard's incredibly popular?Diablo?games. While it proved to...

Dungeon Siege III started off rough. The opening cutscene lacked narration, which wouldn't be odd if several of a similar nature and art style weren't narrated later in the game. The player is then thrust into the world of Ehb, a land torn apart after...

A solid, but bog standard action RPG.

Gorgeous environments. Solid combat model. Some interesting characters and player decision points. Enjoyable co-op

Guests in co-op get hosed. Nothing particularly novel or interesting about the game design. PC controls are poor. Hotseat co-op doesn't work with keyboard/mouse and gamepad combo

It's a good thing you don't ever get the option to say, "No thanks," when you are offered the chance go forth on your own and save the world from the hordes of evil. To summarise the prologue to Dungeon Siege 3; Jayne Kassinder, with the help of the...

Dungeon Siege III Review Xbox 360, PS3, PC: Is that you, Dungeon Siege?

Obsidian's take on Dungeon Siege is a game changer, and not in a good way.

While there's compelling combat and an admirable focus on story, the DOA co-op is an absolute deal breaker. The world of DS III simply isn't rich enough to revisit on your own. Obsidian needs to patch in a reworked multiplayer. Otherwise, fans of the...

Dungeon Siege 3

Dungeon Siege III features some impressive spell animations that will light up your entire screen, but the rest of it looks and sounds (it's almost as if the developers forced the voice actors to deliver their lines at gunpoint) rather dull in comparison.

don't know if it is even possible, but they should have made those screens stick with own character only. if they absolutely had to keep the group together, they could have added some kind of invisible chain keeping palyers all near each other or just...
