Ghostbusters The Video Game

Bustin' makes me feel good. Ever since the first footage of a Ghostbusters game leaked onto the web, fans have been dying to strap on their proton packs for yet...

Great story and dialogue ; Fantastic level design ; Cool weapons ; Sharp visuals

No traditional co-op ; Short single player

Ghostbusters: The Video Game

Having been lucky enough to be born in the 70s, I had a great opportunity to experience the 80s at its finest. I remember going to all the Star Wars (even the first -- I was young) and I especially remember going to see Ghostbusters when it first hit...

Thankfully, It Isn't Mass Hysteria

Ghostbusters: The Video Game brings fans what they want; their own adventure with untested equipment. I blame myself.

Cut scenes are lovely, but in-game is pitiful at times. Proton blasts have never looked better, though!

Ghostbusters: The Video Game Review [PS3, X360]

Ah, nostalgia is a great thing, harking you back to memories of happier times, mostly when you were a kid and watched really bad sci fi or game shows and decided they were the best thing ever. Nostalgia, if your mind set is right, is the greatest thing...

Authentic ghostbusters feel Good script Great voice acting Fantastic sound

Some jokes feel flat Combat can get repetitive Short

Great for fans of the movies, and a genuinely unique take on the shooter genre, let down by questionable voice acting and the nature of the medium.

Ghostbusters: The Video Game (PS3)

Ghostbusters: The Video Game captures the atmosphere and comedy of the movies well enough to satisfy anybody with even the slightest interest in catching ghosts.

Funny; captures the feel of the movies; excellent artistic design; uses the original cast well

Poor movement speed; monotonous exploration

Ghostbusters - The Video Game

Time to return to your nearest convenient parallel dimension.

All together, Ghostbusters is a fantastic game, and definitely what I was hoping for when I first saw those initial screenshots a while back. The capturing mechanic is fun and interesting, while at the same time being tied into familiar third person...

Ghostbusters the Video Game Game Review–Just What Atari Needed

One thing's pretty clear–some of the oldest game companies out there are getting pounded by the modern game business environment.  Midway's been getting shellacked, which you can read about right here, and Atari has been in the dumps for quite some...

Ghostbusters: The Video Game

The best thing Ernie Hudson's done since discovering the Hudson River.

Awesome use of the Ghostbusters license; engaging, accessible gameplay; great writing

Annoying AI that makes you play doctor a little too much; ends a little too quickly
