Guitar Hero: Aerosmith (PlayStation 3)

For those of you who are pressed for time--or simply hate to read--here's an abridged review of the latest Guitar Hero: If you like Aerosmith, you'll like this game. If you don't like Aerosmith, you will not like this game. Even dedicated fans of the...

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith

The Guitar Hero franchise is quickly becoming synonymous with music-based games and Activision is certainly cashing in on the phenomenon. Ever since the gigantic success of GH 3 the company...

Lots of fixes to the formula ; Great if you love Aerosmith ; Excellent note charts

Omission of a few must-have songs ; Sometimes feels like glorified DLC ; Boss battles still suck

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith on Playstation 3

Guitar Hero 3.5

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith is exactly what you would expect. Instead of paying $60, I would have rather spent $15 to pick and choose which songs I wanted to play through downloadable content using the GHIII disc. Overall, the game is a nice summary of the...

Guitar Hero Aerosmith Review

It's the same old story, the same old song and dance. If youre a fan of Aerosmith and dont mind overpaying for a limited track list, this is your game. If youre not a fan, just wait for the fall, when Guitar Hero: World Tour arrives.

Aerosmith fans get 29 songs from the bands extensive catalog that they can play in Guitar Hero. Its got the same addictive gameplay and formula thats found in Guitar Hero 3

The game includes just 41 total tracks and still costs $60. People who arent fans of Aerosmith will miss out on some great non-Aerosmith tracks included with the game

Ultimately, if you like Guitar Hero and you like Aerosmith and don't mind paying $60 for about 41 tracks, then hey, this is your game. Run don't walk and all that. That said, Activision is publishing an Aerosmith-focused game with a mere 31 tour...

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith

When developer Neversoft first announced it was working on this, gamers, hacks and pundits everywhere scoffed at the idea that a Guitar Hero game based around the career of one band could possibly work. Call it a social experiment, as it will be...

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith- PS3

Call it what you like -- milking a franchise or delivering what the market demands -- but Activision have made no bones about exploiting their key titles. Among them is the highly successful Guit...

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith

The Game: You know a game series has finally made it when it gets a corporate sponsorship. Of course, with most of the game publishers being a part of one mega-conglomerate or another, perhaps that's not as big of a deal as it sounds. But when a series...

The Conclusion: Guitar Hero Aerosmith isn't a bad idea, but the execution is so lazy that it's hard to recommend. Yes, there are some great Aerosmith songs here, and most gamers will find the difficulty easier to handle. But several of the band's...

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith Review [PC, PS2, PS3, Wii, X360]

Let me just start off by saying yes, this is a good game and if you like both elements (guitar hero & Aerosmith) then you will have a good time. There, that's for the review skimmers; I know you're out there. I should also note that I'm not an expert...

Follows a real story through Aerosmith's career ; Band interaction on stage adds life to the performance ; Good use of achievements

Guitar sound is pushed forward, covering other instruments ; Small selection of songs with limited DLC

If you are a fan of Guitar Hero and Aerosmith, you'll have a great time. Otherwise, this game is about as good as any other Guitar Hero game and might be best bought when the price drops, due to it's small selection of songs.

Guitar Hero: Aerosmith Review for the PS3

I'm so jaded.

No co-op career; Why not a downloadable pack

After writing a review for Guitar Hero: On Tour last week, I’m Guitar Hero-ed out. This is one of those times when I wish could do a “Limbo of the Lost”, slither my way towards a review for Guitar Hero III, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, and voila!, a review for...
