Jak and Daxter Collection

Before they sent Nathan Drake all over the world searching for treasure and his ancestor, Naughty Dog created Jak and Daxter, a Crash

The Jak and Daxter HD Collection is a nice little piece of history coded onto a disc. If the Uncharted series has made you a Naughty Dog fan, then by all means give their previous works a shot (if anything, you’ll get the reference behind the furry...

Jak and Daxter Collection Review

I have a confession to make. I love HD collections. With the demise of backwards compatibility and my memory making older games look better than they actually do (I am looking at you Resident Evil Remake)...

Three amazing games ; Looks great in HD ; Tons of content for the price

3D is disappointing ; Camera takes getting used to

I have a confession to make. I love HD collections. With the demise of backwards compatibility and my memory making older games look better than they actually do (I am looking at you Resident Evil Remake), these collections are absolutely fantastic....

Jak and Daxter Collection Review

Naughty Dog's iconic and awesome platformer gets the fancy HD upgrade, and you should totally play the hell out of it.

As a gamer who likes to relive some of my favorite games, I find the HD collections to be an awesome way to get rewarded for nostalgia. And now Sony has released two of the three platforming hall of famers from the PS2. While I find myself more...

Jak and Daxter Collection Review

The formiddable duo make a fine partnership in their transition to PlayStation 3.

It sure is great reliving these great PS2 classics. They are arguably the three best games in the Jak and Daxter series, although seeing the PSP version of Daxter would have certainly made the Collection that little bit more appealing. A fun, funny and...

Jak and Daxter Collection- PS3

It has been 10 long years since we first met the mute Jak and his fuzzy, big mouthed buddy, Daxter. Launching right in the middle of what I like to think of as the 2nd coming of platforming (Mario and Sonic dominated as the platforming craze began in...

Nostalgic blast from the past ; Looks great on the PS3 ; Gameplay holds up well

Barebones package; no extras whatsoever

At about $13 each, it isn’t terribly hard to recommend Jak and Daxter Collection. Even though they don’t do their fans any favors in terms of extras, the games themselves are just as wonderfully solid today as they were during their heyday. If you...

Jak and Daxter Collection- PS3

This title is very competitively priced at around $70 [NZ]. Especially since you know that for your investment you are getting three games, which you know are all good: all three went PlayStation Platinum the first time around.

Jak and Daxter Collection- PS3

There is definitely a place for The Jak and Daxter Trilogy in 2012, and hopefully this means we'll see the duo returning for a new game in the very near future.

Jak and Daxter Collection- PS3

It's not aged perfectly but Jak & Daxter HD Collection is the best platforming hat-trick you'll find on PlayStation 3 by the studio who dragged the genre into modern times.

Jak and Daxter Collection- PS3

No series has been so willing to switch gameplay styles with such reckless abandon, and The Jak and Daxter Trilogy represents a shining example of what happens when a capable developer takes a huge risk. There's nothing else quite like it.

Jak and Daxter Collection- PS3

Naughty Dog's work in this franchise endures thanks to great characters, finely tuned gameplay, and a unceasing inventiveness. Though some aspects of the games are dated now, the Jak games stand up as epic adventures.
