NBA 2K11

Born to be a champion. After a lengthy absence, the greatest player of all time has returned to the virtual court. Much has been made about Michael Jordan's inclusion in...

Great gameplay ; Deep, engaging My Player mode ; Jordan Challenge ; Top notch visuals/animation ; Wealth of content

Inaccurate passing ; Somewhat awkward ISO Motion controls

NBA 2K11- PS3

In NBA 2K11, players can experience what it's like to play in Michael Jordan's shoes! Relive 10 different legendary games from Michael Jordan's career and replicate in NBA 2K11 what MJ did on the court, and even unlock MJ: Creating a Legend, a special...

NBA 2K11 Review for the PS3

The champion returns.

Unmatched realism on the court; Live integration with real stats; Playing as MJ; Snoop vs. Bow Wow

Ugh, sports game commentary; No celebs in NBA sim mode

Hardcore on the Hardwood

The most realistic basketball game ever made; an onslaught of controls available; brilliant presentation; great animations; coach mode for the non gamepad inclined

Advanced controls are really tough; Association Mode has some annoying holes; games take too long; online play has some lag issues; classic teams do not have full rosters

There are other modes like the new My Player which allows you to live the life of an NBA player, giving press conferences and rising thorough the ranks from D-League to NBA Superstar and the aforementioned Jordan Moments but really it's the gameplay...

NBA 2K11 Review

His Airness is back. NBA 2K11 focuses squarely on the legendary player and gives fans the single best virtual presentation of Michael Jordan's unbelievable abilities. But on top of that, we get what is easily the most accurate and most fulfilling...

Provided you're willing to work at it, and you can look past a dash of cheap AI, you can easily spend the entire NBA season with this game and love every minute of it. If you're wondering if it's better than NBA 2K10, the answer is a big fat "YES."...

If you're anything like me, you can remember the good old days of basketball video games. I'm from the Windy City, so the Bulls were my team of choice. I'd fire up a game, and be greeted to the starting lineups: Luc Longley, Dennis Rodman, Ron Harper,...

NBA 2K11 has managed to piece together the best parts of past basketball video games to create an experience that is immersive, rewarding, and novel. Though there are frustrations that mostly stem from the level of difficulty, these are changes for the...

NBA 2K11

I haven?t played a basketball game in years and when I saw Michael Jordan on the case to NBA 2K11, plus all the customers where I work at reminding me about Jordan, I decided to see if I was really missing anything. Turns out I have been missing a lot...

NBA 2K11, to me, seems like the real deal when it comes to basketball games. The competition this year is only NBA Jam on the Wii (as of now) and that game is nothing like the real game. Fans of the 2K series will really enjoy how the game starts and...

It's all about Michael Jordan

MJ has said recently he could drop 100 points in a single game if he were playing this season. While we’ll never know if this is true, NBA 2K11 has got very close to doing it already.

NBA 2K11 Review

The NBA 2K franchise, with its realistic gameplay and excellent game modes, would have to be considered the best basketball title in the market today, and the addition of Michael Jordan only strengthens an already excellent game...

Playing as Michael Jordan; Classic teams and players; Realistic gameplay; Jordan Challenge mode

Made up players on classic team benches; Game can be quite difficult; Not really PlayStation Move accessible
