Prison Break: The Conspiracy Review

was a great series that went slowly downhill. Will fans of the series find a reason to play to the game or will it be wiser to spend the money on the DVD boxsets?

With about 8 hours of play time, Prison Break: The Conspiracy ends up being a game that not even true fans will really enjoy. I also have to mention the gall Zootfly had to add a versus mode where 2 players fight each other with that shoddy combat...

Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy (Xbox 360) Review

You are Jason Bourne. You don't know who you are. That doesn't really matter in this game.

Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy Review

When the demo of The Bourne Conspiracy hit the Xbox Live Arcade, excitement arose from both fans of the film series and action games. Not only did High Moon Studios, the developer, put forth an entertaining demo, but it captured the essence of what...

In comparison, the visuals aren’t as superb as the music, but they do get the job done. The character models, even with the lack of Matt Damon’s representation as Jason Bourne, are great in retrospective. The level environments are exquisite and full...

Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy (Xbox 360)

Ask gamers about games based on movies and they'll remark, with Pavlovian predictability, "All movie games suck." While such fun movie games as Spider-Man 2, the original GoldenEye 007, or any number of Star Wars games would suggest otherwise, that...

Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy

Destructible props, great camera and mighty melee combine to form the perfect human weapon.

Amazing camera work hits all the angles; interactive cut-scenes are actually fun; spot on thematically

Godawful driving sequence; mushy lock-on targeting for guns; simply not long enough

Robert Ludlums The Bourne Conspiracy

You are the perfect weapon. You are Jason Bourne. Robert Ludlum's best-selling spy novels and blockbuster film adaptations have thrilled millions. Now become famous spy Jason Bourne in Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy, going deeper than ever into...

Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy

Jason Bourne's quick-fisted head-busting combat style makes the transition to consoles with panache.

Simple, yet immensely satisfying fisticuffs ; Brutal take-downs ; Tense music and great sound effects ; Captures the excitement of the films

Gun play hamstrings replay value ; Collecting passports to unlock boss fights is tedious

Translating the lightning-quick close-quarters combat of the Bourne films into viscerally satisfying gameplay is no mean feat, but High Moon Studios has done it and done it well. The adventure is a bit short, and the solid gunplay becomes tedious the...

Prison Break: The Conspiracy

If you have never seen the (mostly) popular television series Prison Break, I recommend you get some research in, and watch it before you play this somewhat recreation of said television show. Do it. Do it now. If not, I believe that you would be a...

Prison Break is a game with a half-decent storyline that piggybacks on the television show. The character, setting and plot details are fairly true to the show, but it lacks true effort, and the lacklustre gameplay aspects bring the game down just as...

Prison Break: The Conspiracy PS3 Review

Oh dear, for some strange reason any game that has been released which incorporates parts of a Movie or a TV show seem to be rubbish. Now I don't mean to tarnish the name of TV or Movie tie in games but if you look over the list of these offenders, you...

After 8 hours it finally ended ; No collectibles so there is no point of reloading the game ; At least there isn't a pick the soap up in the showers mini game

Bad control system ; Repetitive Missions ; Poor graphics ; Bad Voice acting ; Stealth mode is flawed

Prison Break: The Conspiracy

Without any gloss to paint over the rough stealth gameplay, there's really nothing here to recommend. Avoid like it's the soap dropped in the communal shower.

Product Specifications

Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy is a third-person action game blending hunter-prey game play through a seamless mix of hand-to-hand fighting, gunplay and dramatic escapes, all designed around Jason Bourne's signature combat style. Developed by High Moon in collaboration with Ludlum Entertainment, and with story and character development in conjunction with Bourne screenwriter Tony Gilroy, the game is a companion to the blockbuster films and best-selling novels. Players experience a storyline in The Bourne Conspiracy, becoming Bourne as both trained assassin and marked government agent trying to uncover the conspiracy shrouding his origins. Core to the game play is Bourne's definition as a perfect weapon with heightened combat instinct, where players use his characteristic capabilities to recognize threats, perform devastating takedown moves and use the environment to overcome deadly situations.
