SingStar Dance

Highlights of what's on offer in vocal parts are Blondie - Heart of Glass, The Supremes - Baby Love and Cynia Lauper - Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. More of the tracks cater for the Dance side of thing with some great beats from Pitbull - I Know You Want...

The same polished SingStar experience

The dance element feels very tacked on; Not exactly tracking your movements; Less sing-along songs than usual

Song selection is a mixed bag more-so than SingStar titles often are, though there’s no doubt that pretty much everyone will find something they like, or at least one or two tracks that will be familiar. Some songs have clearly been chosen for their...

SingStar Dance

In the interests of full disclosure, this review is written by someone who has little love for SingStar: Sony's Digital Rights Management, or DRM, for the SingStar titles is the most restrictive on the planet. Once you've bought a song, you're just...

SingStar Dance- PS3

For those that enjoy karaoke on the PS3, or enjoy SingStar games, SingStar Dance is most likely a no-brainer so you might as well treat yourself. That being said, it will cost you some coin to get a decent library of songs and the dancing elements in...

Singstar Dance Playstation 3 Review

Every now and then you get asked to review a game that requires you to drink enough beer to play it that you can't actually remember playing it, which makes reviewing it a bit of a challenge. Singstar Dance is the latest in the Singstar franchise and...

I like the way there are some older songs included. (Mick's Note: by older Izzy means anything pre 2000) ; I like the voice control for the menus and how you can turn it off if you want ; I like how you can sing and dance at the same time

I don’t like how sometimes it doesn’t understand you ; I don’t like how there aren’t a lot of songs to pick from ; I don't like that you can only dance by using the new PS Move Controller

Singstar Dance

I'll be honest, when Singstar Dance was announced, my doubts were as huge as Shar Jackson's ice cream bowl on a dull Sunday afternoon. Still, with motion-controlled technology being the new hotness, dance games have taken back their special place in my...

All 30 songs come with both dance/sing gameplay ; Singing is enjoyable as always ; The return of online community features

The game doesn’t teach you to dance ; Lots of recycled songs ; Setting up multiple players isn't very intuitive

Singstar Dance is a nice addition to any Singstar fan out there for the singing tracks, but if the purchase is heavily based on the dancing feature, the tacked-on offering by SCE London Studios doesn’t deserve opening your wallet for. Don’t get me...

SingStar Dance

Dancing titles are making the rounds on consoles at the moment and it's established karaoke series SingStar's turn with SingStar Dance, a Move compatible title for the PS3. It's pretty good as well, although assessability is a slight issue.

Accessability is SingStar Dance's biggest drawback, in fact it's arguable its only one, as it's an otherwise fun and engaging package and at the very least it offers additional songs for SingStar fans. It's a shame then that this issue compromises the...

If Jae had dancing shoes he'd get them on for this review. Unfortunately he left them in his other ballerina bag so Sony Move controllers will have to do.

Great party dance song selection.(If you're into that kind of thing) ; Accurate motion sensing

Song selection (If you're not into that kind of thing) ; You need a Move controller

It’s a no brainer if you already own a Playstation Move and Singstar mics you will want this game. It revitalizes the Singstar series and gives you a new reason to have a party at your place. I can’t tell you how this game compares to it's soon to be...

Need a bigger room or to shrink by a few inches

Unable to play in my living room with any great accuracy. I'm around 6ft 3 and even standing back as far as I possibly can I couldn't effectively play as any moves that involved holding the controller up high took it out of the camera view. Probably...
