Sonic Generations

Perhaps fitting for Sega's blue ball, Sonic Generation's looks superb in motion, but when things stop, it's not quite as pretty. Voice acting and the soundtrack is improved (you can't go wrong some of the more familiar remixes).

This combined with cheats like unlimited lives and freeze timer makes the trainer for Sonic Generations one of those must have trainers that's going to make your experience ten times better.

Sonic the Hedgehog. Everyone knows him and his games. People hold him up as the mascot for Sega, and truth be told, there have been a ton of games featuring the fast footed character. Interesting fact...

Few boss fights ; Some levels can become confusing ; A short game overall

Sonic the Hedgehog. Everyone knows him and his games. People hold him up as the mascot for Sega, and truth be told, there have been a ton of games featuring the fast footed character. Interesting fact: I have never played a Sonic game before. Yes, I...

Sonic Generations Review

There was a time when Sonic was king of the world. …okay, he was sort of the prince while Mario was king. But nevertheless, we're talking about a timeless hero, one who has delivered countless hours of entertainment over the past twenty years. During...

Sonic Generations

Sonic the Hedgehog has not had the most celebrated of careers. While his early games are regarded as iconic and influential, an amazing run of mostly bad games in latter years reduced SEGA's mascot to little more than an irrelevant joke. At that point,...

While it's not quite the stunning triumph that many had hoped for, Sonic Generations is a truly great game that provides some of the best Sonic action ever seen and pays fitting tribute to Sonic the Hedgehog -- highlighting both his successes and his...

Review: Sonic Generations Shows That Sega's Learned From Their Mistakes

While they aren't there quite yet, Generations marks the best attempt at a modern Sonic game so far.

I have to admit, taking on the Sonic Generations review stemmed mostly from my own morbid curiosity; having not kept tabs on Sonic since his abysmal 2006 360/PS3 reboot, I simply assumed that the series continued spiraling downwards, forever rehashing...

Double the Sonic, double the fun.

Sonic Generations" for 3DS is the perfect celebration of Sonic. It looks beautiful, and while it retains many of Sonic franchise’s problems it also includes all the best the series has offered in its twenty years. Sonic Generations is the perfect...

Sonic Generations- PS3

Sonic the Hedgehog and disappointment go hand in hand these days. Anyone who played the abysmal Sonic 4 when released in late 2010 will know what I mean. No matter how many times they crank out another Sonic game Sega just don't seem to learn what...

Better Than Expected

Got this as a Christmas gift, I play it periodically. I like the overall concept of the game, just wish they could have added a multiplayer element, you know, like racing against another person. A fan of Sonic shouldn't miss this one!
