Superstars V8 Racing Review

A new budget racing sim hits PSN. Will this game help fill the void until GT5 finally gets released?

A good diversion until other racing sims are released and maybe even your main racing sim period if you are more of a casual fan of the genre. A worthy $20 PSN download.

Superstars V8: Next Challenge

Not so bad if you can't wait for GT5

Some unusual tracks ; The handling is tight ; Graphics are crisp

Unbalanced field of cars ; Poor Career mode ; No proper damage model

Superstars V8 Racing (PS3) review

Wheels. Black Bean adds two, can't re-invent one and ends up being the fifth…

While the licence is enough to draw in suitors, you still need a decent challenge to keep them switched on. Black Bean drives a good race, but it's yet to deliver a championship point.

Boring graphics, wonky controls and a quite frankly average share of multiplayer, this is a 'might rent, but probably won't.'
